Mild Yeast Infection

My dog has a mild yeast infection in her left ear but she may have a tear in her eadrdrum. The vet gave us TrizEDTA but due to her losing her hearing from Tri-Otic, we didn't want to use any more ear medication that can cause hearing loss. I've recently started making her home cooked meals, wipe her down with apple cider vinegar+water, and flushing her ears out every other day plus cleaning the outer part of her ears on days I don't flush. Will the yeast eventually die out from flushing and diet change?  Is there any other alternative to getting rid of the yeast without using ear medication that can cause hearing loss?  I understand that hearing loss is very rare in dogs, but since it happened to my dog, I do not want to risk the chance again.
