If by any chance she has eaten a rat which has ingested poison, then she will need to see a vet urgently. The sooner she gets treated the better. Now it's already been 3 days, but take her straight away, anyway. She probably will need contolled doses of Vitamin K, and that is something you can't do yourself. I would do anything you can to get the money to take her there, borrow from a friend or family member.....do it on a credit card? I don't know, but try anything.

Have you noticed any unusual bleeding of any kind? from the nose or mouth. or blood in her stools, or red-looking pee? Or has your dog got any bruises? Those are likely to be symptoms of rat poison ingestion, but also other symptoms could be....for instance lethargy loss of appetite....anything.

The scary thing about dogs eating rodents is that they are more than likely to get one which has been poisoned. Those will be the slower, easier to catch ones, and that's why they get caught in the first place.
I really do hope your dog is OK
