Possible UTI in puppy?

Almost every day we take our 4 month old pitbull running with us. But today we noticed she vomited a few times before and during the run. We make sure to give her water and pour water on her to ensure she doesn't get too hot. It was yellow bile and watery. She also was urinating way more then usual. Even squatting to pre but nothing was coming out. She peed about 7 or more times in an hour. She's still as playful as normal but I can't figure out what's going on. We did deworm her a few days before all this and she was passing some worms. She has all but one round left on shots. If anyone has a suggestion please let me know.

Dogs can get dehydrated like humans so maybe?  It's about 93 degrees already at 10 am in my part of the country so if it is hot, this could be happening.  Dogs can get urinary tract infections and straining to pee is one of the signs.  That she is still playful always makes me feel better.  :>)  I would go ahead and call your vet to check in.  Since she's a pup and getting treatments/vaccines for different things, you want to see if this is normal from that or something to be concerned about.  I WILL say that my dog throws up in two ways . . . big chunk of what she JUST ate or that yellow stuff and it's pretty normal.  She usually is not sick right after and it has never led to anything being wrong with her.  But the squatting and out of character behavior is something to ask about.   good luck
