My 140lb Dane got his pill bottle out of our cupboard. I am unsure how many, if any, he may have eaten. I found the bottle chewed & open, it had about 4 pills left. I am ashamed to say, I do not know how many were in there, as I split the pills between 2 bottles. He doesn't usually eat them willingly-I always put them in bread with butter. He is only given 1 1/2 pill when needed. He does not take it on a regular basis. I find no evidence of vomit, and he seems to be fine. He went out to pee as normal & is resting beside me. We are doing a race tomorrow. Should I not have him run? what should I be watching for? I read vomiting is good so it gets the drug out before absorbing it, but he shows no signs of discomfort....

Hope you called a Poison Control by now or your Vet or local ER clinic.  Better to be on the safe side.

Well until someone comes along that does know, I would call poison !and explain and ask them what to do, not wait on here. If they don't give you some FAST answers take him to an emergency clinic FAST so that you do not lose him. Good luck.
