Ring-shaped red marks on abdomen

Hello. I recently discovered a hollow ring-shaped red mark on my dog's abdomen. It's not raised and doesn't appear to be bothering him (it's not tender and he's not itching it). He has a loss of appetite and is a bit lethargic. Any help you can provide is most appreciated.

Hello again....If this is from a possible tick bite & as you state he is feeling unwell, he needs to be checked for tick diseases, especially Lyme.....Lyme Disease will present with a ring at the bite site.....Ringworm (Which is a fungus) will also present as a ring....

Again, because he is showing symptoms of illness, you need to have this checked out ASAP....Both are treatable, but will get worse quickly, without treatment......Karla

Thanks for your input. I took him to the vet and it looks like it was just a scrap from him running around. She gave him diagnostics and he checked out ok.
