Would COQ10 help my dog that has kidney disease?

Have a 7 year old rat terrier that his kidney number is higher than normal. He won't eat or drink so I have to force feed him now. Goes out for walk pees some and very little poop.

Ah, I'm sorry to hear. So the vet did some lab work and found a raised level of a kidney test?  So, he is having some issues with kidneys?  What did vet say about that? Any strategies?  I know diet an play a role.  We had a great person here who always answered questions about dogs with kidney issues.  Maybe I'll send them a note to see if they can help. but it sounds like you've notified your vet.  I'd worry most about keeping him hydrated.  Give us an update with what is going on!
