Small moles on body

My bich-poo has several small warts/moles all over him. What can be done to remove these?

Any growths should be checked and evaluated by a Vet.  It is not uncommon for dogs to get moles, skin tags or benign melanomas.  Of course, any of these should be monitored for any changes.  Some can bleed quite a bit when removed.  I don't know of any safe way to remove these at home.
