I have a Lhasa Apso three years old that is having trouble with his ears but don't have the money to get him taken care of but I don't have the money as I am on a fixed income if you can help with this please let me  know.

What kind of ear trouble? Infection? A good groomer or any vet can pull all that ear hair out of the ear canal. That will be a great help for seeing what is going on in there. Lhasas need ear hair pulled at least every 6 to 8 weeks. Is your groomer doing this? If you can't afford a groomer, grab some tweezers, and pull it yourself. A phone call to a vet or groomer can walk you thru this. Good luck.
