dog trembling

My dog is very old - about 14yrs.  He had spinal surgery about 8yrs ago because he was paralysed from the waist down, suddenly and we never did know how it happened but it came on over a couple of days.  But now he is getting weaker and older and sometimes he gets very stumbly like a drunk person and when he walks keeps falling over. At these times he wont lift his leg to wee, he just stands to do it. Also, when he looks at you he holds his head on one side, as if he were questioning.  He's on Glucosamine and sometimes gets Rimadyl

A head-tilt is a classic sign of a neurological problem.  Please take him to see the vet as soon as you can.

I think the dog is just needs some medication, because of possible ear problems? A good vet should be able to fix him up.

I agree w/ Mark...It's possible it's an Inner Ear Infection...Antibiotics should help if that's the case...Good luck & let us know....Karla
