You don't want her to get mastitis. Try putting warm compresses on those teats and try to gently express some milk. Put the milk on something white and make assure it doesn't look yellow or green, etc. if not, try to hold the puppies there and try to get them to nurse, if that gets too bad and the area feels hot, the mother seems ill, get to the Vet ASAP.
If you know how to take a temp with a rectal thermometer, do so. If over 103, off to the Vet
Are the puppies able to feed on the other ****?
I think a check up by a vet is best regardless, she has just undergone a lot of physical stress and has a lot more to deal with.
