Try Blue Buffalo. It has no allergins and has real meat. They have it at Petsmart. One of my Bassets is alergic to wheat so we tried this and they love it!
The good thing about dogs is that they will eat what is put in front of them, as long as they aren't encouraged to be picky by giving in to hunger strikes.
I've not heard of that food, though.
thank yoiu so much , the lifes abundance has no corn in it and the breeder uses it so said to try it but i will look into the choice one , seems like they wopuld get tired of one food all there life . so maybe i can take turns with them,. thanks again
I've never heard of life abundance, but a good brand that is healthy and helps prevent allergies is Natural Choice. I use Natural Choice for my white boxer who has bad allergies, including skin allergies. As for my husky shepher mix puppy of 5 months I just started him on Diamonds large breed puppy formula which has worked very well for him. I've seen no allergies, and he's been growing big and healthy. When you are picking out food look a the first three ingredients on the bag. If it's something like corn meal, or by product, it's not that great. Both Natural Choice, and Diamond brand start with lamb, or chicken... some type of meat, rice.... The first three ingredients are key as to what your puppy will really be getting most of. Hope you find a good brand. =)
