What is wrong with my dog?

My dog was sick on Tuesday. Eat in morning then got sick. then would drink water but all day it would come up.  Took him to vet they said blood work normal took a xray of throat because he is not vomiting normal, the water just seems to fall out of mouth  no wretching (he had this happen while at vet).  Nothing found in throat.  He hasn't eaten since Tuesday morning but I'm am able to get him to keep down small amount of water. He just lays around.  He cold of drank some bleach water, but not sure.  The vet didn't seem to think this was an issue. She also didn't think is was blockage.  What are signs of blockage?  Should I give him gaterade?  He is a 2 year old Male Lab.

Thank you

I agree. If there is a chance he could have drunk dilute bleach, then a vet who tells you "this is not an issue"....well.....do you see anything wrong with that? I do.

Do take him as soon as possible to another vet for a second opinion.

This dies sound potentially serious.  No X-rats or scope was done of the esophogus, which could be burned.
I would definitely see another Vet.
