Can a 15 mm Maxillary Sinus Cyst Cause Severe Head, Neck, or Tooth Pain?

I have suffered from severe allergies my entire life. I have been off and on allergy medication for nearly 30 years, and have suffered from decades of constant sinus infections.
For the last few years, my sinuses have not given me as much trouble. I am not on allergy medication daily.

However, for the past 5 years, I have suffered from intense head, neck and shoulder pain. My doctor repeatedly prescribed muscle relaxers and told me to take Tylenol. The pain concentrated on my left side, in my shoulder blade, neck and the base of my skull. 18 months ago, it began to intensify. A little over a year ago, I began to get tingling in the left half of my face, and I got extreme pain in my upper teeth. After x-rays and exams, the dentist repeatedly told me there was nothing wrong with my teeth, but they felt like the roots of the upper left were on fire. My face began to go numb on the left side across my cheek where my upper teeth run, down along my left jaw, and across the left side of my forehead. My left arm would go numb down to my pointer finger. When I started to slur words, I went to urgent care, where was diagnosed with a migraine. I am now very sensitive to light. As little as 15 minutes of fluorescent light exposure brings on the pain in my neck, shoulder, and the base of my skull. Shortly thereafter, my face will go numb, and my teeth will begin to burn.

Nearly a year of migraine treatment has not produced results.
We have tried three different anti-convulsants, a tricyclic antidepressant, and combos of both. My neuro chose to treat me with the same drugs used to treat trigeminal neuralgia, as my trigeminal nerve seems to be involved in my symptoms (though we were unable to confirm any impingement on any of my scans). However, there has been no improvement. We have tried Botox, chiropractic, and physical therapy. Nothing has made any improvements in my symptoms. I am not certain whether my underlying issue is a migraine, or whether my symptoms are caused by something else.

I have had a CT of my brain, x-rays of my cervical spine and my jaw, and 4 different MRIs of my brain/brain stem. There were no abnormal findings in any of them. I have a 15 mm cyst in my left maxillary sinus, close to where some of my pain is, specifically the burning pain in my upper teeth.

I understand the maxillary sinus cysts are typically asymptomatic, but is it possible for them to cause severe symptomology such as mine? If infected, are the sinuses able to aggravate the trigeminal nerve into causing pain and numbness? Should I at least have it checked by an ENT?

i do believe it can, i just had surgery to remove mine maxillary sinus cyst 8mm x15mm
horrific dental pain, i went to 10 dentists, specialists ect and it came down to the cyst, i have a bad symptomatic tori there too, which i was to get it cut out in a desperate attempt to get out of pain..how are you?
im 10 days post OP and it is so painful,  even worse then before,chut i know i need to heal....that cyst was 7 month agony ...3rd ENT said ill take it out!
