Black lines at back of throat - potentially hair?

Hi. I've had difficulty swallowing food for the past few weeks and persistent sore throat. My voice is also somewhat lower and inconsistent as the pitch of sound varies.

I took a picture using my phones camera with flash, positioned in front of my mirror, in an attempt to look for white areas or a possible infection. Instead my mouth looked normal but at the back of the throat I saw two thin black lines of varying length running straight up it. It looked exactly like hair. Could I have hair trapped in my throat? If I do, how can I remove it?

Thanks in advance.
