Bumps on tonsils

I have had a lot of sore throats and irritation in my throat for the past 6 months-1 year. I'm a little worried because in the past 2-3 months I noticed these bumps on my tonsils.

I have GERD/ongoing acid reflux. I also was found to have HPV in 2014 in my cervix though it supposedly cleared about 1.5 after.

Update: went to an ENT. He said he thought the bumps were nothing to be worried about and that it could a cyst or lymphoid tissue. He said my throats was very red likely from acid reflux and put me on omeprazole.
