Dental artifact noted.
There is evidence of well defined soft tissue density polypoidal mass lesion of approx.
size measuring 4.6 x 3.0 x 6 cm (AP x TR x CC) seen in right half of nasal cavity arising
from its roof with irregularity and erosion of adjacent bone.
Lesion extends through right choana into nasopharynx.
Lesion abuts the nasal septum & posterior half of right middle turbinate.
Lesion abuts posterior wall of nasopharynx.
Lesion shows minimal homogeneous post contrast enhancement.
Few subcentimeter sized lymphnodes are noted in level IA, level IB, level II, level IV &
level V on both sides.
Mucosal thickening is noted involving right half of sphenoid sinus.
Partial blockage of left fronto-ethmoidal recess is noted.

OPINION: The CT findings show

extends through right choana into nasopharynx. Lesion shows minimal
