CT nose sinuses of my relative -any thoughts

INVESTIGATION : CT SCAN OF NECK
PLAIN AND ENHANCED AXIAL CT SECTIONS THROUGH NECK HAVE BEEN
OBTAINED.
Dental artifact noted.
There is evidence of well defined soft tissue density polypoidal mass lesion of approx.
size measuring 4.6 x 3.0 x 6 cm (AP x TR x CC) seen in right half of nasal cavity arising
from its roof with irregularity and erosion of adjacent bone.
Lesion extends through right choana into nasopharynx.
Lesion abuts the nasal septum & posterior half of right middle turbinate.
Lesion abuts posterior wall of nasopharynx.
Lesion shows minimal homogeneous post contrast enhancement.
Few subcentimeter sized lymphnodes are noted in level IA, level IB, level II, level IV &
level V on both sides.
Mucosal thickening is noted involving right half of sphenoid sinus.
Partial blockage of left fronto-ethmoidal recess is noted.
Inferior turbinate hypertrophy noted on left side.
Skull base, para-pharyngeal spaces and infra-temporal fossa appear normal.
Pterygoid muscles and plates appear normal.
Oropharynx and larynx appear normal.
Rest of para-nasal sinuses appear normal.
No evident enlarged lymphnode is identified.
Structures of tongue, base of tongue and floor of mouth appear normal.
Buccinator space and buccinator muscles appear normal on both side.
Major vessels of neck appear normal.
Mandible is unremarkable.
Fibrosis is noted involving apical segment of right upper lobe.
Pleural thickening is noted involving left upper lobe.
OPINION: The CT findings show
Well defined soft tissue density polypoidal mass lesion in right half of nasal
cavity arising from its roof with irregularity and erosion of adjacent bone. Lesion
extends through right choana into nasopharynx. Lesion shows minimal
homogeneous post contrast enhancement. - likely neoplastic lesion.
