Chronic sinus, ear and breathing issues

I've been to several ENTs and others trying to find out what the issue is:  I keep getting sinus infections and it always feels like there is fluid in my ear - and I can't hear well, experience dizziness, and I can FEEL something dripping in my ears when I change position.  The antibiotics wear off after 7-10 days and I'm back to square one.  It's a revolving wheel - sinus probs leading to sore throat to breathing/bronchitis.  I can't get rid of it.  I suspect it may actually be a fungal infection as it seems to get worse after I've binged on sweets.  Right now I'm halfway through another round of antibiotics (4 in as many months) and have a productive cough, runny nose, and feel really weak.  My BP tends to fluctuate a lot as well.  I"ve been diagnosed with allergies, ETD, sinusitis and get fobbed off for hearing aides with no other relief.  I feel like I"m losing my mind.
