Dizziness and ear ache, labyrinthitis?

I have has constant dizziness and have felt disconnected from the world for over 2 months. Also I have had ear ache and pains, could it be labyrinthitis?!

Yeah I've been to many doctors however they think it could be anxiety or migrant but I'm not convinced as I'm so out of it and that wouldn't cause my ears to hurt! Thanks anyway!
