Left side nose stretch

For about 2 years i suffer a problem which I actually don't understand. I feel one nose always blocked and stretching in my nose some times I feel like a vein inside my nose is stretching due to which when I down my head it's like stretching feeling in my nose and my head is like very heavy I had hypertrophy operation as well but nothing goes well. Same problem exists even I feel really bad and think that always pray to God that this feel can be vanished very soon. So if u read this post kindly answer
