Feeling of something at the base of the tongue

Hi there, I've been experiencing a sore throat for almost 3 weeks now but it seems its gone now. However, I now feel that there's is something at the back of my throat, As I look for my mouth, there seems to be an increases lymphatic tissue island at the back of the throat. And my ENT Dr, noticed that my left lingual tonsil is enlarged, however no difficulty in swallowing. so he ordered me to have endoscopy on monday. I also have a general body weakness/fatique that i;ve never experienced before. Can someone help me? what is wrong with me? Is this cancer?????? Help I'm so worried.
