chronic conjestion

Hello Hope to get some advise with this problem that has been bothering me for about 2 years now. I have constant nose conjesting, pressure in face and head almist feels like sinus infection.  I can actually feel it moving around in my face. My eyes are crusty in the morning red rimmed and swollen. I have had a cat scan and the dr said there is some mucus there but not enough to be bothering me. Went for Allergy tests all came back negative.Went to ENT dr who looked at ct scan and said I have a narrow passage but no help ther. I am getting depressed about this because it is affecting my life and sleep.

+ iv been depressed to.. it happend last Feb. so.. mine has just been 1 year so far.. any help for the link for who ever sees it will probably be helpful .. Iv been trying to get help for a long time..
