Help?

Hello. I have a bit of problem. it is now for a month and a half. It starts with a ear pressure. Soon after it started double vision begins occasionally with a dizziness. At beginning headaches ware a part of it but it occurs only when pressure in ears is for about 5 min. And yes all that problem last for a maximum of 5 min, but it happens 3 to 6 times per day. I was told to use Beconase Aqueous Nasal Spray but after 2 days it increased my repetition what I listed much more often. Now I was told to use inhalant decongestant but it is to early to know if it will work and I'm trying to find something that will be a explanation to what happens to me and solution how to finish that problem. Hopefully you will be able to help me

Thank you for your answer but they found my problem recently. Unfortunately it is brain tumor and rest my problems are somehow connected with it. Fortunately I still have a chance to be repaired so looking forward to it :). Have a good day

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi, the double vision may not be related to the ear pressure. There are tubes called ‘Eustachian tubes’ which connect the middle ear to the throat, this balances the air pressure in the ears. This tube can get blocked due to infections/allergic reactions of the throat, which can give lead to a feeling of fullness in the ears. This is referred to as glue ears.  This is more common in children. The tubes can also be blocked in Eustachian tubes dysfunction. The blockage can be intermittent. Decongestants, steroid nasal sprays and antihistamine medications may help clear the tubes and facilitate drainage. If this fails then minor surgery, which involves placing small tubes, known as grommets, in the ear. Grommets can help drain fluid out of the middle ear. Please discuss this with your doctor am sure he will provide further assistance. Regards.
