How to fix my nose, help!

Hello, my nose septum is tilted to the left and has a big bump on the right, when laying down to sleep, one side of nose (closest to the pillow) gets blocked. Becouse of this I can barely breathe throu my nose and I am always waking up with a dry mouth. Only decongestants work, but the doctor and my parrents dont let me use it anymore, so I almost cant sleep and I am often tired. I cant fix my septum with a surgery becouse im only 15. I dont know what to do, Im suffering.

Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.  That's most unfortunate.  You have seen an Ear Nose and Throat doctor?  Have you tried something called a neti pot?  This could be very effective for you. https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/common-cold/expert-answers/neti-pot/faq-20058305
