I have fleshy lumps under my tonsils - should I worry?

I've had food allergy problems for years and often have an irritated throat. The past three months have been particularly bad. I've had a dry cough that gets triggered if I'm speaking loudly and sometimes lose my voice while talking. It's been hard to tell how abnormal it is becuase I've had a couple bad colds for the last five weeks. Yesterday I was checking out my tonsils to see if there was still any sign of infection and found these fleshy lumps under my tonsils. https://imgur.com/a/oJ8T9

Should I be concerned? Is this genital warts in my throat (I don't have any sign of them on my genitals)? Could it be cancer? Or is something supposed to be there? I can't find many photos on the internet that show so far down the throat.
