Is this normal 3 weeks post tonsillectomy or should I see a doctor?
I had a tonsillectomy almost four weeks ago and the last week one side continues to feel tender. I looked with a flashlight and there’s a dark spot with a small whole. Is my throat still healing or should I see a doctor for possible infection/complication?
The dark spot is new? Has it been there since you had the surgery? I always figure, when in doubt --- check in with your doctor.
