Left ear seems unblanced?

I swear my left ear seems weird.. The sounds are different and times i feel unblanced... It doesnt hurt but it's annoyance is killing me.. Seems like my body is tilted to one side at times.. It happens alot when am at work.. Is this due to ear wax build or am I crazy.

I have been battling with vertigo for 3 wks. Totally incopacitating. I seem better and wake up with it. I have been eating meclezine like candy. Sore muscles and bodyaches. Different frequency sounds in my left ear. Feel on the verge of vertigo at work. Ugh so annoying.

TAKE the NORVASC as prescribed and see how you feel.    

Please try to get your weight down since the high blood pressure is more likely related to/secondary to your weight.  

If your symptoms persists, please consult your regular physician.

Is the high blood pressure being treated?  

258 lbs at 20 years old?  I am sure you don't need a lecture about that.  

Do you have a regular physician you see?  Start with consulting with your regular physician and then go from there.  Scratch the ENT Specialist for now.  

This problem of yours might be related to your high blood pressure too.

Well i do have high blood pressure, am also 20 weighing 258

No history of blood pressure issues or cardiac issues?

I honestly think so, it seems to happen only at work. And am on my feet alot.  I just feel slightly on balance at time. It goes away. It last only for a minute or so.

Does this happen only at work?  

Have you consulted your regular physician about this?  Earwax impactions can cause the symptoms you are describing.

What exactly are your doing at work?  Do you work in a busy and/or noisy environment?
