I have white very painful i have white dots on my throat what could it be?
have white very painful dots on my throat my neck is swollen and my body hurts. Ive had my tonsils removed about 20 years ago and never had a problem until now. I went to the doctor n they swabbed for strep and it vame back negative. What do i have and what can i do to get better?
