balance problem with vertigo, masturbation related.

It's been 6 months now since i began my imbalance, dizziness, and disorientation when i got an attack of vertigo, and i got an attack a couple of weeks ago again. all that time i have balance problem,, disorientation and dizziness, some days i feel perfectly fine but whenever i masturbate or even motivate myself before getting to ejaculation,i feel very dizzy and numb and week,, sometimes can't sleep. i wasn't like this before at all
i've been to several doctors about the vertigo attack and imbalance.
first they said it's infection in the vestibular nerve,, then another doctor said menier's disiease (but i don't have hearing problems) and lastly they said i have BPPV and now am doing the epley's manuver everyday for a week now.
i really can't relate the masturbation thing with any of them, it destroys me.
i am not an expert in medical stuff but i have a feeling that the process of masturbation somehow disturbs the blood flow to my brain .. or something .. whenever i get to do it i feel like my brain is dying.. and i can't sleep.
please i need some opinions.
