Not sure what it can be?

Hi, my boyfriend has been feeling dizzy, flushing of the face, light headed, and nauseated for the past 3 months straight (EVERYDAY).  Out of  nowhere he'll be fine & then boom it hits.  He went with his Dr. & had some tests done, such as: complete blood work, renal scan, & x-rays of his chest.  Everything came out to be perfect. But, he still continues w/ those symptoms.  We think it might be vertigo.  Oh & he has no build up of wax, hears perfectly, & no ear pain.  What do you think it can be?  Any suggestions?

Nope, he's not on any meds at all.  The only thing he takes is a Centrum vitamin daily.

Is he taking any meds? When I was on certain medicines, I would experience these symptoms as a side effect. Especially the anti-depressants/anxiety meds.

Well, his Dr. recommended a really good neurologist.  We'll see what happens there :S  And yes, they already ruled out anxiety & cardiovascular problems.  If that fails then we'll head to an ENT.  All we're doing is taking test after test :(  But, its better than doing nothing at all.  At least w/ the tests we can go ahead & rule out things that are not causing this horrible problem.

There are many causes of dizziness--including anxiety, cardiovascular problems (doctor probably ruled that out already), inner ear, etc. Has he been referred to an ENT, if his general doctor can't find anything wrong?

Vertigo (like dizziness) is a SYMPTOM, not a diagnosis or a condition in itself.
