Please help unsteady on feet/palpitations/ general weird feeling!

Hello,
I am a 24 year old female with no known medical problems. A few years ago I started becoming dizzy out of the blue which really made life difficult for me. I had many app.s with different doctors all of whom told me that nothing was wrong with me and/or I was basically convincing myself I felt unsteady when really I didn't.
When I became pregnant with my now 3yr old son, I had no symptoms at all. Around 2months after he was born, the unsteadiness returned. Again I went to doctors who were convinced it was an anxiety issue (althought I didn't feel anxious/panicky) so I was prescribed anxiety medications. The doctor tried different tablets including ones for depression (not that I felt that I ever felt depressed). None worked. After many times of being turned away with no help at all, I simply gave up going to the doctors and got by as best as I could.
I became pregnant with my now 16wk old son and again all symptoms disappeared completely!
Today, for the first time since he was born, I have experienced an awful feeling of unsteadiness. Again, I truly do not believe that I am suffering any kind of depression, I am really enjoying being a mum and my life is so good. I also havent felt anxious to my knowledge, I havent been staying indoors, I got to playgroups with my children, I take regular strolls to the supermarket, I visit family, go on daytrips etc etc... I was simply pottering around the house, not doing any lifting or anything strenuous and out of the blue, my heart started thumping so hard, it literally felt like I had been out running for an hour, at the same time I felt extremely unsteady and literally staggered to the sofa, falling into the wall with each step. I sat down and after around 15 seconds the palpitations stopped but the unsteadiness remained. My head felt so strange, all along my jaw, right at the nape of my neck and the crown area jus felt really fuzzy like theres a load of pressure. Also there seems to be pressure around my eyes. Its really hard to explain the exact feeling.
45 minutes later the pressure feeling is still pretty strong but no more palpitations.
If you have any idea at all what could be causing this please please post a reply. It is really concerning for me if this is going to keep happening as I have such young children.
Thank you very much for taking the time to read my post and Thank you for any replies. It is truly appreciated.

I was having some similar symptoms. Have you been to the eye dr recently, if not you should make an apt and have your eyes dilated to check for pressure on the back of your eyes called papilledema which is a symptom of increased intracranial pressure which can cause the dizziness.

Hiya,
thank you for your reply.
I am very sorry to hear about your friend x
Yes it is awful and I feel a lot of the symptoms have been overlooked but I have recenty moved house so have registered at a new doctor's practice so will be making an appointment in the near future. It's very hard to find a doctor who actually wants to help, but fingers crossed. I have been to a couple of ENT doctor's and there was a slight problem with the inner ear but they just gave me daily exercises to do and insisted it would not be causing my other symptoms.
Heres hoping I'll get some answers soon :)

OH Dear, that does sound terrifying.  My daughter went through similer things and turned out to be her inner ear triggered by weather changes. You need to tell your doctor about the new symptoms such as the heart racing and pressure behind the eyes you don't want the medical field to overlook something that could have been prevented, those symptoms sound serios to me.
I lost a dear friend because the doctors didn't want to look further than the symptom she complained of, she was diagnosed with constipation and turned out to be a very aggresive cancer that could have been treated if 8 months prior, so she got stool softners when she need chemo and radiation if they would have followed up with a scope of her colon. If they had they would have found the tumor instead of waiting until she could feel it herself.
Dr's are only Dr's (people) be persistant, find other oppinions change doctors, do what you have to.
To tell someone its there mental health with symptoms such as yours is laziness on their part.
I'm not trying to frighten you but really alot of times there minds aren't on there job. you have to watch out for you find out whats happening and why. tell them thier wrong if it doesnt suit you or make you feel better.
Start journaling the symptoms and get out there and find another Dr.
I hope you find answers to your situation
