Bad sinus smell

2 yrs ago I had a bad sinus infection high fever almost black mucus went to Pcp got steroids and antibiotic got better. Months later a bad smell came and went got worse went back to pcp they sent me to ent. Had a CT showed the entire right side of my sinuses were blocked. Had surgery removed severy polyps.things were great started to breath better headed ache got better. The the horrible smell returned. And head aches. The smell is awful. And brown mucus I can't blow out but have to use the Neil med to rinse it out the smell goes away for about 12 hrs then it returns and I have to repeat the process. I have been under the care of a ent for over a yr multiple antibiotics. Nothing has helped. Cultures have come back as strep. And Ecoli. Etc. I can't get rid of the infection and bad smell. I'm at a loss. I have now made a appointment with a different ENT. Praying to find answers. And a fix. Any ideas what this is?
