Hello and hope you are doing well.
Understand your predicament. Perception of abnormal ear or head noises is termed as TINNITUS. Persistent tinnitus usually indicates the presence of sensory hearing loss. Intermittent periods of mild, high-pitched tinnitus lasting for several minutes are common in normal hearing persons. Since your problem has been of a recent origin, it may be a temporary phenomenon. So, wait and watch.
Meniere’s disease, which is a condition in which there is an excess of fluid in the inner ear. It usually causes persistent tinnitus, dizziness and deafness. In the absence of which it is unlikely to be due to Meniere’s disease.
Hope this helped and do keep us posted.
Hmmm. Day 2 and still have the ringing in my ears. (Luckily this is also day 2 of no nautious, motion sickness off & on feeling.)
I wonder if I could have Meniere's Disease? I don't have as severe nautious feeling that people have described on this site.

I have had a feeling off and on for about a month that resembles motion sickness. (Iv'e always had the problem. Since I was a kid that I get somewhat dizzy & nautious if I try and read while in a car or flying.) That feeling is the closest feeling iv'e been dealing with. (And then today i'm having this non-stop ringin in my ears.)
(Extra note.) I just started using a heated medium room mist humidifier Friday night to help combat morning headaches I get from sleeping in our room being so dry.
(Not sure if that might be a factor.)
yup I get it a lot also other symptoms .I think its environmental allergies .
