How are you feeling so far?  Since I didn't hear from you, did you move up your surgery?

Let me know the outcome.

Wishing you all well.

Whatever you use, make sure head is propped up.  The surgery was well worth it.  My original surgery was in 2001 - 100% success until my ex husband hit my face and damaged muscle/nerve which I had to repeat sinus surgery.  My sinuses are wide opened and breathing is good.  The surgery is well worth it if your suffering.  Infections are the pits and antibiotics only work for so long before your body adjusts to them and then they don't work because you get immune to it.  I'm wishing you luck and let me know how you make out.  It's really not painful.  Don't blow your nose after surgery even if you feel like you have to.  Is the doctor packing you inside?

THank you so much for your response.    And I will take your advice!  Do you feel better?  Was it worth it?

My surgery is August 28th...  I plan on sleeping in the recliner and using on of those neck beanie pillows... Any thoughts?

I've had this surgery.  I experienced slight pain (didn't have to take anything for pain), bleeding (don't get scared because its normal), make sure you ask your surgeon if you can take ARNICA (its an herb)-it helps with bruising, scarring and quickens on healing time.  Don't ask, it really works.  Make sure you don't bend and have your head elivated at all times.  Good luck and let me know how you make out.
