Septoplasty Turbinate Reduction Recovery Help.

Hi,

I recently had a septoplasty and turbinate reduction done 5 weeks ago. While my nasal passages are now clearer and most of my recovery is complete, I still have serious dry nose and crusting that doesn't appear to be improving. I'm worried that this will never go away.

Has anyone had the procedure (Hopefully a long while ago) who can relate to me timelines for recovery? If you had the procedure, when did your nose finally start adequately moisturising itself again? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. If you can drop me a line it would really be helpful. I'm starting to get a bit panicked as this is affecting my ability to work (Air conditioning at the job drys me right out!)

Thanks in advance for your time.
