Something grows in my throat after tonsillectomy!

hi! I had tonsillectomy like 5 years ago, and started noticing from a year ago til now that, ocasionally, there's a tonsil-like "thing" in the right corner of my throat. I saw a doctor last year and she said that was nothing to worry about, just an inflamatory processo in the scar of the tonsil removed. She gave me steroids for like a week and it was gone. Now I'm back with that little things, and I'll only be able to see the doctor in a week, so... If someone could throw some lights on this, I'd really appreciate!
