Something in my throat

First off, I would like to clarify that this problem had caused me severe anxiety. A short self introduction, I'm male, 24 this year and a smoker.

About 7-8 months ago, I suddenly felt something was stuck in my throat, drank lots of water and it doesn't flush that "something" down. At that point of time, it got me very worried and constantly checking my throat for any swollen lymph nodes or anything unusual.

I went to my doctor and was diagnosed with acid reflux which caused Globus Sensation in my throat that felt like something was stuck there when there was none. Finished my course of medicine to subdue my stomach acid but it didn't help. After which I went for an endoscopy a month later, the specialist says that there is nothing unusual with my throat and only seems to have "slightly" more stomach acid which I was diagnosed with acid reflux again. You guessed right, the medicine I received did not cure me.

Throughout these months I have cut down on coffee, cold drinks, etc, whatever that might cause acid reflux and it doesn't help at all. About a month ago, I started to feel discomfort in my throat, I have multiple episodes of sore throat accompanied with globus sensation. This symptoms is killing me mentally.

Its been 6 months since my last endoscopy and in a month time, I will be going for another scope through my nose to my throat. Throughout these long period, my doctors see no signs of symptom that can cause me throat cancer or whatever disease associated with the throat.

Please let me know what you guys think, I have been seeking for medical help for a very long time with no outcome, even went for TCM which did not help my symptom as well.
