Tinnitus problem...suggestions?

Hi.im Alex and i was pretty much forced to search for a cure for my tinnitus. It all started when i had a cold. I stood in the hospital for weeks to cure my maxillary sinusitis. But now , after 4 months the sound is still there, in one ear, and it has changed along the way...it feels somewhere in the midle ear but the doctors said i have nothing...i also had infection in the right ear so i guess this started my tinnitus...now the doctors seem not to care and they said i should learn to live with it...i cannot hear it in noisy places..but at night it drives me crazy sometimes...i have some headakes and earakes . i dont feel that my ears allright but the doctors say its just in my mind...i dont belive them because i know what i feel...they just say its a psihological problem but it all started from this cold..i also have rhinitis so my nose is allways blocked...and my neck feels weird in the morning and i feel a blockage in the eustachian tubes...so what should i do? the doctors wont help me so the solution is in my own hands..what pills should i take?...will it be good if i take pills for muscle relaxation and blood vessel dialtation ? that`s the only thing i can think now...i have to say that my sound changes constantly and new eardrum-located sounds start to appear and dissapear as i change position in bed ...also a pressure inside my neck apears when i stay in bed...and sometimes my tinnitus worsens for 10 sec and my hearing is reduced to half at the same time but it comes back to normal... i have to say the sound i`ve been hearing these months comes somehow in waves, randomly not with my heart beat...could it be from bad circulation or thyroid? i have a slight problem with my thiroid and i can`t get fatter...i wait for your suggestions. ps: sorry for my bad english cant find topics in my own language.

Try low level laser therapy, Ive read alot of good things about it. If Doctors cant prescribe you medication they just say live with it or try some white noise. Let them be the ones with the ringing in the ears and see if they try every opiton possible.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi, tinnitus occurs with disorders affecting the external, the middle or the inner ear. Treatment lies in treating the underlying cause. Sometimes "white noise" may help suppress the sound so that it's less bothersome using an electronic device. They are white noise machines, hearing aids, masking devices and tinnitus retraining with a training device. Please discuss this with your doctor am sure he will provide further assistance. Regards.
