Tumor and/or other serious issue?

I'm a 23 yr old male with the following problems. Almost a year ago, I started getting recurring headaches every single day. They tailed off after awhile, but a lingering feeling of pressure was left, and now I basically have this pressure/pain in my right ear every day. I really don't have any of common symptoms of a brain tumor, but this has been going on for nearly a year and I'm really getting nervous. I figured if it were a brain tumor, I'd have worse symptoms after almost a year of feeling this way. A CT scan diagnoses a sinus polyp, but from everything I've read a sinus polyp doesn't cause this ear pain. Additionally, I've been more sensitive to light and loud noises. Any ideas you have would be great, thanks.

Thank you again for the help. I'm getting an MRI this week, I'm just petrified that its a brain tumor since the pressure has become focalized on the right ear and the surrounding area inside...

I don't know if it is or not,  It could be something completely unrelated but you do have a few symptoms.  The syndrome I talk about could start at any time in anybody's life and stick with them for life, and get worse over time.  Could also be just the polyp.

Thanks for your response! You think it could be that, even though this pain only started occurring about a year ago?

Everything here points to one thing, though it also points to many other things too...  I don't know anything about sinus polyp's so I may be way out in left field but as I said it does point to at least one thing.  Look up Superior Semicircular Canal Dehiscence.
