Vestibular problems.

Hey,
I've been suffering from vestibular problems for about 5 years.
Had VEMP and caloric tests, showed left vestibular nerve/balance function destroyed. Mild hearing loss and tinnitus in effected ear. Migraine, photophobia, headache all present among other symptoms. CT, MRI all clear. Vestibular problems are a rocking sensation constantly, with aggravation from movment/exertion. Feel like **** in general. All blood tests clear. Any help is gratefully appreciated.

You may be suffering from vertical heterophoria, an eye muscle imbalance.  Look into seeing a doctor who specializes in binocular vision dysfunction. It may be caused by your eyes.

Have you considered tmj to be the cause? I am in a similar situation and found a lot of evidence that tmj may be at the root of the problem. Best of luck to you.
