Have you found relief? And are you dizzy 24/7?
Hello and hope you are doing well.
There are tubes called 'Eustachian tubes' which connect the middle ear to the throat, this balances the air pressure in the ears. This tube can get blocked due to infections of the throat, which can give lead to a feeling of fullness in the ears. When the tubes open, it can cause a popping sound. The tubes can also be blocked in Eustachian tubes dysfunction. The blockage can be intermittent. So, if there is unilateral blockage, it can cause blocking on that side. Decongestants, antihistamines, or a steroid nasal spray help to open up the tubes. Discuss these options with your doctor when you happen to meet him next time. In the meantime, do steam inhalations and warm salt water gargles they can help clear the tube.
Hope this helped and do keep us posted.
