Why is my hearing cutting in and out for a few seconds when I stand?

When I stand up I get a painless pessure surrounding my brain and my hearing cuts in and out for a few seconds to rhyme of my heartbeat. It's not tinnitus because I hear no noises. What I hear is pulsating volume changes with that head pressure. I've autonomic dysfunction, allergies, migraines, lots of neurological symptoms. It's happening at the same time in both ears. Been happening for a few years but not daily. It just happened. currently I'm having a lot of left front and back neck pain. I also have a lot of congestion in my right nose, dizziness, nausea, fatigue, sore pain behind my eyes, my left trigeminal neuralgia is flaring and a gross smell like cheese in the crease behind my ears, worse with left ear. Yesterday my BP was 116/68 which is low for me. It's usually 120/80-130/90. I also have familial hypercholesterolemia which I take injections for but my BP is still a little high. Could this just be allergies, a neurological problem, or cholesterol related? It also feels like I have fluid behind my left ear.  Almost always when I hear birds chirping or crickets I have loud sometimes painful but not always, blown rattling speaker sounds only with those noises. Can you give me ideas what this could be?
