maxillary sinus cysts and nasal turbinates

Hi all,First of all sorry for my bad English, I'm not native...
So, my problem begins 4 years ago when I caught a flu and my nasal turbinates got very big so I couldn't breathe through my nose, so I started using decongestants. After some time I started getting headaches, couldn't sleep, I was sensitive to all types of sounds. These problems still persist.
One month ago I visited a local ENT, she said that all these head pressures and headaches are because of the decongestants. I listened to her and stopped using them since. I see no changes...

I decided to do a CT scan. They gave ne that sheet with the scan (photo attached) and also told me I have a cyst in each maxillary sinus. The left cyst is 20mm and the right one is 31mm.

My question is, do the cysts cause all this headaches and pressures?
Another question is which method is the best for nasal turbinate surgery?
