Hello and hope you are doing well.

If you do not have any symptoms now, you may need any therapy. For any structural abnormalities like polyps, surgery is advised.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.

I just had a sinus surgery, (read my post).

I had fully congested nose, for the past few month I couldn't breath through my nose at all, + I had constant sneezing attacks. I has two large cysts in each side, which had to be removed.
The surgery helped, though less than 3 weeks passed since then, and my nose is still fairly congested. But the attacks stopped. My ENT says it will take about a month to heal.

So if it bothers you, I would go for the surgery, but if you doubt your doctor, ask for a 2nd opinion.
