sinus pressure behind eyes for months off and on
this all started when i had a sinus infection back in December 2015.
i have this pressure behind my eyes off and on. very seldom that it is gone.
allergy testing came back negative. nose sprays and steroids are not helping, zyrtec is not helping.
i also feel pain in my neck and ears. CT scan showed i had a cyst in my sinuses but my regular primary care provider plays it down. has anybody experienced this and if yes, what was your solution for this. i am ready to feel normal again!!! Thank you for your time responding.

Maybe your diagnosed sinus infection never went away completely.
