I came across this post after googling. Did you find any relief for this case? I have similar symptoms with my sinusitis.
Thank you for your response. I had to go to the emr on Sunday and they changed my medication. The other one wasn't working. Now i am on Levaquin. I hope it helps. My vision is still blurry. Especially in bright light. Thanks,

How long have you had the sinus infection? Do you frequently have problems with your sinuses? Did you mention the vision concern to your doctor when you went on the antibiotics, or is this a new concern?
Old wives tales speak of vinegar helping infections. I'm not sure any one person is going to be able to tell you whether or not it actually works. It's similar to individuals' remedies to hiccups.
Sinusitis can cause vision concerns because of the inflammation associated with the infection. Depending on how long you've had the infection, how often you get them, and how severe the infection is, your doctor (or ENT) may also want to consider prescribing oral steriods or a nasal steriod to help with the inflammation and decrease the pressure that is being placed on your eyes.
Best of luck!
