22 M, Abnormal growth on my septum

This is pretty hard to describe, so i’ll do my best. The part of the septum in my right nostril is growing out, making my nostril seem like it’s caving in. It doesn’t necessarily feel like it’s swollen as it doesn’t hurt to the touch. It’s hard to call it a growth too considering that it feels like a smooth mound with no change in texture. I’d compare the shape to something like a mound on a golf course.

I’m also fairly sure I don’t have a deviated septum considering my other nostril feels completely normal. Maybe the right part of my sinus is growing extra cartilage?

Hey, I did figure out what it was. It was a deviated septum of all things. I couldn't really tell because the other side of my septum hardly had any indent. Hope your appointment goes well.
