Auto immune disease and Hearing loss? Possible Cause?

I have mesh questions.
I have Primary Sjogrens and RA, fibro, Hypothyroid, Vitiligo. I have beentreated on Rituximab twice. Last treatment July 12. My symptoms are muscle twitches and jerks. V Occ Facial cheek spasm and invol tongue curl backwards?? Weird sensation indeed. I have just had my blood results back and I have Vit D deficiency ( 17) and ferritin deficiency (19)
whats the chances of my kidney being the root cause of this? eg due to sjogrens and renal tubular disorders causing gastric absorbtion problems? I am awaiting small bowel MRI. Nothing in the stomach or gullet found so far. I feel absolutely pants though.

Maybe you have Celiac disease.

Thankyou for the reply. I am new to this site and accidentally posted this onto the wrong forum ! I meant it to go to Auto immune. Celiac is a good suggestion but my bopsies came back negative. I am sure my GP and consultant are missing something, Shame medicine is not more integrated.
