I could feel something in my throat a few minutes ago HELP!

I felt something, I tried not to push on it too hard as to shove it down my throat, I don’t know but the next instant it kind of went down my throat and I just had a like 30 seconds of the worst chills down my spine ever. I’m really scared I don’t know what this is and the worst part is, I can FEEL IT COMING BACK UP I THINK. WHAT IS THIS THING.

No one here can possibly guess what it is you might have swallowed.  Chances are that if it was small enough to swallow, it will simply make its way through your digestive tract and be expelled in your feces without issue.
