Do I have Cattarh?

My throat is what worries me. Little bubbles in throat. Pain is almost doesn't exist. There is some redness too.

I was worried about HIV and overthought everything. Then I realized that I had similar thing in May. Maybe, I have it since may and didn't notice it. Anyway, did PCR test for HIV 21 days from possible exposure and answer came back negative.

As Lab said, this PCR consists of 24 different tests and is very accurate. They said that this test can detect virus even when there is 1 virus per 100,000 cell.

After sending pictures to online doctor, she said that it was mild Cattarh. Would like to hear other people's opinions too.
I don't have any other symptoms.
