Ear Blocked - Alright when I sit and bend my upper body towards my legs.

Hi,

Does anyone has the same problem as mine?
I get ear block on and off. Sometimes when the room gets too cold I will have ear blockage. It usually goes away when I can at room temperature.
When I sit and bend my upper body towards my legs, the ear blockage is gone.
When I sit upright, the problem returns.

Hello and hope you are doing well.

There are tubes called 'Eustachian  tubes' which connect the middle ear to the throat, this balances the air pressure in the ears. This tube can get  blocked due to infections/inflammations of the throat, which can give lead to a feeling of fullness in the ears. The tubes may open up with changes in posture. Decongestants, antihistamines, or a steroid nasal spray help to open up the tubes. The tubes can also be blocked in Eustachian  tubes dysfunction. Here the blockage is intermittent. I would advise you to consult your doctor, for proper evaluation of your symptoms.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.
